Cognito env vars did not reach the Next.js build. In Amplify → Environment variables, set NEXT_PUBLIC_COGNITO_USER_POOL_ID, NEXT_PUBLIC_COGNITO_CLIENT_ID, and NEXT_PUBLIC_COGNITO_REGION, ensure amplify.yml from the repo is used, then redeploy.
